Mississippi First is dedicated to championing transformative policy solutions ensuring educational excellence for every Mississippi child. The 2022 legislative session ran from Tuesday, January 4, 2022, until April 3, 2022.
In 2022, Mississippi First’s legislative priorities included pre-K and early education; teacher pay and financial aid; high-quality curriculum, accountability, and standards; and charter schools. In preparation for the session, we also published principles for assessing curriculum-related legislation based on our organizational values.

- Use the filter option to show only bills with a specific header by setting conditions
- Use the sort option to sort your view of the bills by a specific header
